Weapon X - Weapon X(P) now available on Bandcamp

For those that know, last December three emcees in Vancouver, Wa (Sole Provider and Fluent) and Denver, CO (Timeline - who also produced the entire project) respectively got together and released an EP, Weapon X(P) under the name Weapon X. It was originally available here.

Now, in hopes that it will inevitably increase access to the project, Weapon X(P) is now available on the label’s bandcamp page here for the low-low price of $You Choose.99!

No pressure there. Just d/l and tell everyone you know to do the same. It’s good music but I’ll allow it to speak for itself. 

Weapon X - Weapon XP (EP)

This is the definition of a throwback picture. This pic was from a show @ Portsmouth circa 2005. This was one time almost all (Fluent, Nautilus, myself, Timeline, DJ Wels) of us have been on stage at once and we’re still missing Emic.

Timeline blessed every track on this EP with the ill production, and spit hard along with Fluent and myself on every track so as far as dope producers on the mic…step your games up. Good looking out to DJ Wels for the scratches on Sooo Whack.

Anyhow, here’s the latest project from Weapon X (Sole Pro x Fluent x Timeline) and the 1st official drop from North Next Entertainment. Its called Weapon XP and includes a couple of radio edits. Use them! Check out this stream and make sure to pass the link to everyone you know to represent this North Next movement.

Weapon X debuts on North West Breakout Show

Last week new material from Weapon X (Sole Pro, Fluent, and producer/mc Timeline) surfaced on the North West Breakout Show. NWBS airs every Saturday night from 6-8pm PST and showcases up and coming Pac-10 talent. Much love to Cool Nutz for putting the spotlight on the North Next!

Check NWBS on USTREAM every Saturday from 6-8pm PST and/or tune in to Portland’s Jammin 107.5

I’ve had to pleasure of repping alongside Fluent for some time now (in the group Level Headed and in founding North Next Entertainment) and we have a pretty dope understanding of each other’s styles and where we each come from lyrically. With that said, its always a honor to have him drop new material on me. This track will be on his upcoming solo LP so be on the lookout. Apologies for the whack resolution…

Dopesex general, Timeline never rests. I can’t count how many instruments he plays and how ill he rips a mic isn’t even up for questioning.
