North Next Entertainment (noun) - The manifestation of a dream to exceed expectations through action and music and the natural instinct to thrive through self-expression.
Coming off the success of his last video for “Clap, Toast, Cheer,” Nautilus once again drops a gem on us with the latest production from his blazing summer release, The Animal Planet Mixtape. Peep this and if you still haven’t gotten up on game download the mixtape for FREE here or here.
Dope lyrics. Winning concept. Supernatural mixing. One of Portland’s most talented and underrated emcees, Serge Severe, collaborates with DJ Wels for the this years first project to set the bar high for 2011.
Wels lays down a flawless backdrop of premo instrumentals from the legendary DJ Premier (pretty much every one of my favorite joints) and Severe strolls through each track with ease as if they were originally intended for his straightforward wit and pragmatic delivery. Northwest elite Al-One, Gen.Erik, and Sole Provider and Fluent of Level Headed make cameos on this project.
Do yourself and everyone you know a true favor and spread this mixtape like the next Swine Flu.
Right on time with some fresh dubstep for the new year are Timeline and Daytona w/ this new release. This is that break your neck music. Follow how it switches up so ill. Alright, enough being a Stan.
Bang this track out and hit up the Beatport/EMP Audio site to cop it here.
North Next renaissance MC/Producer Timeline linked up with Amp Live (Zion I) to remix this monster track featuring Fashawn, Grouch, Eligh, Bambu, Chris Young and Zumbi to be released as a special free download along with a alternative remix by BASSNECTAR.
Check out the video of the Timeline produced remix above and the original track/video below.

This week he’s dropping two joints to kick everything off - Hey YO! x Try Me
This is the definition of a throwback picture. This pic was from a show @ Portsmouth circa 2005. This was one time almost all (Fluent, Nautilus, myself, Timeline, DJ Wels) of us have been on stage at once and we’re still missing Emic.
Timeline blessed every track on this EP with the ill production, and spit hard along with Fluent and myself on every track so as far as dope producers on the mic…step your games up. Good looking out to DJ Wels for the scratches on Sooo Whack.
Anyhow, here’s the latest project from Weapon X (Sole Pro x Fluent x Timeline) and the 1st official drop from North Next Entertainment. Its called Weapon XP and includes a couple of radio edits. Use them! Check out this stream and make sure to pass the link to everyone you know to represent this North Next movement.
